1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 92coco ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the 92coco website at 92coco.onl, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through 92coco, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, virtual games and any promotional offers. In the event of a conflict, the supplemental rules take precedence for that specific product.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one account on the 92coco platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your contact details change, you must update them within your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is considered to have been authorised by you. 92coco will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

Account sharing is not permitted. You must not allow any other person to access or use your 92coco account, including family members. If you believe your account has been accessed by a third party without your consent, you must notify 92coco support immediately.

Account verification is a standard part of the withdrawal process. 92coco may request copies of your CNIC, a utility bill or other proof of address, and screenshots or statements confirming ownership of payment methods used. Verification is typically a one-time process for standard accounts.

4 Deposits

92coco accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status; these are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, direct bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will result in the funds being returned and the deposit being rejected. You must not use payment methods belonging to other individuals, businesses or entities.

92coco does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Processing times depend on the method used — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your financial institution.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. 92coco does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts held in a different name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on your account.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes identity verification via CNIC and confirmation of ownership of the payment method you are withdrawing to. Submitting complete and accurate documents promptly will avoid any delays.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawal requests may be subject to manual review to ensure accuracy. 92coco will communicate any such review to you directly.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Most requests processed within minutes to a few hours during business hours.
• Raast & Bank Transfer: Typically same business day for requests submitted before 5pm PKT.
• Cards & Other Methods: Processing times vary; up to 3 business days in some cases.

92coco reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms, or if the account has not been fully verified. In such cases, 92coco will notify the player and request any necessary documentation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

92coco offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on selected slot games, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL and international cricket tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general bonus conditions apply across all 92coco promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The exact wagering requirement is stated on each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds and wagering progress may be forfeited if real-money funds are withdrawn before wagering requirements are completed.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting at 92coco covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments), football, esports, basketball, tennis and a range of other sports. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market type.

The following general sports betting conditions apply:

• All odds are displayed and settled in PKR. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds at which the bet is settled.
• Bets placed on an event that has already started may be voided unless the market is specifically offered as in-play betting.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or not completed within a specified timeframe, bets may be voided and stakes returned. Specific void rules per sport are available in the sports betting rules section of the platform.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to be correct for the bet to win. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, that leg is removed and the remaining selections continue at revised odds.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting interface before you confirm your wager.
• 92coco reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system error or data feed issue.

Live in-play betting is available on selected cricket and football markets. In-play markets update in near-real-time; however, 92coco is not responsible for delays caused by internet connection issues on the player's side. Bets confirmed by the system before a market is suspended are valid.

Cash out functionality, where available, allows you to settle a bet before the event concludes. The cash-out value offered reflects current market conditions and may be higher or lower than your original stake. Once a cash-out is confirmed it cannot be reversed.

8 Casino & Slots

Casino games and slots at 92coco use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by third-party game studios. All games are independently tested to ensure fair outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from dedicated studio environments with professional dealers. Live game results are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels) and are not software-generated. Technical interruptions during live games are handled according to the specific rules of that game provider.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the game outcome will be determined by the system based on the game state at the point of disconnection. 92coco is not responsible for disconnections caused by the player's internet service or device. Completed game rounds are final and cannot be reversed.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92coco platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while underage or knowingly allowing an underage person to use your account.
• Attempting to defraud 92coco or other players through any means, including chargebacks, collusion, match fixing or use of exploits.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploits will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 92coco staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or circumvent any security measures on the platform.

92coco uses automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is detected, accounts may be restricted pending investigation without prior notice.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

92coco reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion if there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated. In such cases, 92coco will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder and explain the basis for the action taken.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the player's own request or due to a platform decision — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 92coco support. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons (such as self-exclusion) are processed immediately and take priority over any other account activity.

Players who have self-excluded may not attempt to re-register or circumvent their exclusion. Doing so is a breach of these Terms and any winnings generated on a circumvented excluded account will be void.

11 Responsible Gaming
